1. Product Warranty Coverage

All physical products sold by XGraphique come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse or external damage

2. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water, fire, or unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Software-related issues or third-party apps

  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers

3. How to Claim a Warranty

4. Processing Time

Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days, and resolutions are provided within 7 business daysafter product return.

5. Additional Manufacturer Warranty

Some products may include extended warranties provided directly by the manufacturer (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, etc.). Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation for those terms.
